Whilst fresh food wins for most cats, some take longer than others to get used to the difference from supermarket dry or wet food. Your trial box comes with a handy guide to help your fussy cat make the switch.

After the 14-day trial, the plan continues monthly. Change recipes, adjust portions, skip a month, or cancel any time, up to 3 days before your next delivery.
Yes. We pack with wool linings and ice packs designed to keep the pouches inside frozen for up to 48 hours. Don't worry if the pouches have begun to thaw in transit, as long as they are still cold to touch, the food is perfectly safe for your cat, just drop the pouches in the freezer right away and you're sorted.
